Follows the story of a 16-year-old girl, Rae Earl, who has just left a psychiatric hospital, where she has spent four months. Rae has to take the wheel of her life again and begins to reconnect with her best friend, Chloe, who is unaware of Rae's mental health and body image problems, believing she was in France for the past four months.

I've been following this series for a long time, I started to watch from the second season and recently the last episode of the series was broadcast this Tuesday -which I haven't seen- in the UK. I have no idea why I haven't shared this so excellent production as this series, is very simple, and that's what I believe, captures the viewer, the plot of the show is a mix of drama and comedy, expose a kind of reality that some teenagers, including myself, feel relate to some scenes.

Let's talk about the soundtrack, totally 90s, very British a.k.a the best soundtracks of all. Last but not least, the series It is based on "My Fat, Mad Teenage Diary" written by Rae Earl.

Cuenta la historia de Rae Earl una chica de 16 años, que acababa de salir de un hospital psiquiátrico después de estar cuatro meses internada. Rae debe regresar y retomar su vida intentando aparentar normalidad reanudar su amistad con su amiga de la infancia Chloe quien no es consciente de la salud mental de Rae y sus problemas con su aspecto físico, haciendo pasar de que en los últimos cuatro meses estuvo de viaje en Francia. 

Esta serie la llevo viendo desde hace mucho tiempo, inicié viéndola desde la segunda temporada y hace poco se transmitió el ultimo capitulo de la ultima temporada (la cual aún no he visto) en UK. No tengo la menor idea del porque no había compartido tan excelente producción como es esta serie, es muy simple, y eso es lo que -creo yo- atrapa al televidente, el trama de la serie es una mezcla de drama y comedia, expone una realidad que viven algunos adolescentes y en algunas ocasiones se puede sentir identificado con escenas que enseñan en esta.

La banda sonora, total de los 90, muy británico o sea supremamente e increíblemente asombroso y relajante. Sobra decir que la serie es basada del libro "My Fat, Mad Teenage Diary" por Rae Earl.
