It's time to workout/Mi rutina de ejercicio, Parte 1

One of the things I hated most was to work out, I'm always looking for an excuse to not work out and at the end of the day I said "tomorrow I will, there will be another excuse," then tomorrow came and did nothing.
Recently, some gym equipment have been installed in my house, but even that hasn't motivated me, nothing could motivate me. Until recently I discovered some videos of cardio of the blogger/Youtuber/Dancer Danielle Peazer, I'm a big fan of Dani so I decided to explore these videos that uploaded on their YouTube channel apart I've heard of her collaboration with Icon UK, you may not believe it but when I saw her videos they made me stand up from my bed and go directly to the gym.
By been following these videos, I saw some recommended videos on Youtube and it's when I found this amazing Youtube fitness channel (The Fitness Marshall), which I have also been following along with Danielle's, I must say there have been very helpful, and you can see the results very quickly.
I'll share some of my favorite videos of Danielle in collaboration with Icon UK & Marshall, I leave you below the Playlist I use to workout after the videos.
I'll be uploading my daily workout each week to encourage and help you in the process.

Recientemente, se han instalado algunos aparatos en mi casa
para ejercitarnos, pero ni eso me había motivado, nada podía motivarme. Hasta
que hace poco descubrí algunos vídeos de cardio de la blogger y bailarina
Danielle Peazer, soy una gran seguidora de Dani por lo cual decidí explorar
estos vídeos que subió en su canal de Youtube aparte supe de su colaboración con
Icon UK, y aunque no lo crean al ver estos vídeos me hicieron parar de la cama
e ir al gimnasio de mi casa.
Al estar siguiendo estos vídeos, observe en algunos vídeos recomendados de Youtube sobre un excelente canal de fitness, del cual también he estado siguiendo junto con los de Danielle, debo decir que han sido de gran ayuda, llevo tres semanas he visto los resultados.
Estaré subiendo cada semana mis rutinas diarias para poder motivarlos y ayudarles en el proceso.
