I am NOT a beauty blogger | Yo NO soy una blogger de belleza

1:30

Happy Liar tuesday everyone!

As you can see by the name of this post, I'm not a beauty blogger. I like to read many bloggers who are mostly beauty and fashion, and sometimes I like to read about lifestyle. Or Maybe I see some makeup tutorials on Youtube of "how to". And generally you observe they have like 3 stuff  for each part of the face or maybe the number is bigger, I just use powder, lipstick, mascara, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner (sometimes) and sometimes bronzer not also forget the shadows. That's it.

I think what I use is the more or less basics for a makeup (I think), I see sometimes videos of "my makeup routine" and it really leaves you thinking "or I don't put on enough makeup" or "she uses too much makeup, besides, who takes more than 15 minutes putting on makeup?".

I started wearing makeup at 17 with powders and lipstick. I'd like to share my makeup and talk about it here, but then I start to think I don't have as much makeup to be talking about it diary, and I don't have the money to buy it.

My question is, how do beauty bloggers manage to display the contents of their makeup?

Have a nice day.

Believe it or not in this picture I am wearing makeup.

  2. I've grown my makeup collection a lot from subscription boxes, like Ipsy and Birchbox. I'm very selective with my spending, so I do a lot of research on a product before I buy it. Also, I like trying new things! I don't always have a ton to talk about on my beauty blog, but there's always something new coming out, so there's always something to say!

  3. I think it would be awesome to see someone post about their beauty routine WITHOUT a massive makeup stash. I'm in the same boat - I rarely buy makeup and I brought just a tiny bag of it with me. When I think about using moisturizer, primer, foundation, setting powder and like five products for each part of my eye, I not only get lazy but I also just don't have the money. And I think a lot of people are in that boat and there must be plenty of demand for beauty tutorials with less!

Meanwhile, I do shoots where MUAs bring their massive makeup stash, and otherwise go without. But I do keep an eye out for blogger opportunities, haha.

  4. I don't blog about beauty either but this is a serious question I ask when I see beauty bloggers. I do love reading them though and getting the tips they have!

  5. I love trying new makeup, but I don't wear it often. This is especially true in the summer, when I work as a camp counselor. And during the school year I'm usually in too much of a rush. Honestly, I wear makeup when I plan for it...so weekends and lazy days and special events. I've built up my "collection" through coupons and rewards, gifts, and subscription boxes. I need to organize it though!

I often feel like I don't fit into one "blogger category," but I also think it's just fine to be general :)

  7. I'm not a beauty blogger, but I've seen a lot of beauty blogger use the ipsy bags that are like 10$ a month and there are other ones that are the same and they send you beauty supply samples. Very affordable! Maybe look into something like that?

  10. I'm always so intrigued by beauty bloggers or vloggers who show their morning routines - I wish I could figure out what works best for my face instead of continually trying different make up
